Jorge Gomez

Chief Financial Officer

Jorge has extensive experience leading and scaling multinational finance organizations within the healthcare industry. He has held several executive-level positions in various regions, including the United States, Asia, Europe, and South America. As Cytel’s Chief Financial Officer, Jorge is responsible for all financial areas, IT, and the office of strategic management.

Prior to Cytel, Jorge served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dentsply Sirona, Inc. and Cardinal Health Inc.  Prior to that, he spent 10 years at General Motors Corp. where he had managerial and executive responsibilities in the U.S. and abroad.

Jorge earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the National University of Colombia.
