Brian brings nearly two decades of experience in HR leadership, transformation, and talent acquisition. As Chief Human Resources Officer, he plays a pivotal role in setting the strategy and execution of Cytel’s talent and culture initiatives. Brian is leading the transformation of Cytel’s HR function, transitioning into a cohesive, global framework that encompasses talent acquisition, business partnering, talent management, total rewards, and HR operations. This approach signifies a strategic leap towards integrated, global HR solutions that will enable and support Cytel’s future growth. 

Most recently, Brian served as Vice President, Human Resources at Hologic, a medical technology company primarily focused on women's health. While at Hologic he helped build and develop high performing teams and drove a talent agenda that significantly enhanced the engagement and performance of the businesses he supported. He previously worked in talent acquisition, HR strategy and business partner roles in the financial services industry and recruiting in an executive search capacity.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Providence College.
