Sarah has led very significant HR functions within large, fast-moving organizations. She is a compensation & benefits expert and has provided due diligence to billion dollar mergers.
Prior to joining Cytel, Sarah held Vice President roles at Monster Worldwide Inc., Her portfolio included the Global Total Rewards program (for 2,100 employees in 40 countries) and providing strategic HR Business Partner support to the company’s corporate functions. Additionally she was instrumental in providing HR due diligence to Randstad’s $430 million acquisition of the company and led on the subsequent workforce integration.
At BJ’s Wholesale Club Inc. she was vice president responsible for compensation, benefits and HR information systems. Highlights included improving the company’s health and welfare programs while achieving $15 million savings; delivering 10 strategic IT initiatives in one year; providing critical due diligence support to the $2.8 billion acquisition of the business by two private equity firms.
Sarah started her career in consultancy with PriceCoopersWaterhouse LLP.
