Stan Huang

Chief Technology Officer

Stan has led the development of technology platforms and products for over 25 years in a succession of Director / VP level roles. Much of his work has been in the Life Sciences field. He joined Cytel as Chief Technology Officer in 2019.

Prior to Cytel, Stan was Senior VP, Product Engineering at Shyft Analytics / Medidata Solutions. He led all engineering activities related to the industry-leading Shyft analytics platform and played a key role in its development, including rewrites from the ground up.

Stan passionately embraces new engineering philosophies and technologies. As a founding member of Humedica he used cutting edge analytics to create game changing business intelligence capabilities for healthcare customers. These revolutionised patient insights.

A graduate of MIT, Stan worked with Navinet Inc., Oracle Corp and Expervision in his earlier career, having started out as a software engineer with Lotus Development Corp.
