As part of Cytel's new Trial Innovations Webinar Series, Pat Mitchell, Statistical Science Director at AstraZeneca presented the October webinar "Formal Go/No-Go decisions are a key component of risk management in early clinical development."

Formal Go/No-Go decisions are a key component of early clinical development risk management. Pat revealed the advantages and challenges when pre-defining prospective decision criteria in the trial design to better inform verdicts on a program's fate. Pat went on to survey the current approaches utilizing dual targets in both frequentist and Bayesian frameworks.
