Patch StatXact 5 Perpetual License Expiration Issue

Problem:
E0002 -- Could not get a license.
Product license: Feature cannot run due to date restrictions in the license.
Check your machine's date, then contact your software source.

Solution:
The license file for StatXact 5 is called <lservrc>. The file does not have any extension to it such as .txt or .dat. The file is available in your <StatXact5 installation> directory.
You need to update this <lservrc> file to fix the "license expiration" issue.

Single User Version

Instructions
File: lservrc_single.zip
1. Download the <lservrc_single.zip> file to your computer. ( e.g. c:\temp )
2. Unzip the file <lservrc_single.zip>. There is one file <lservrc_999999> is available in it.
3. Extract the <lservrc_999999> file into your <StatXact 5 Installation > directory. ( e.g. in c:\program files\statxact5 )
4. Rename the existing file name <lservrc> in <StatXact 5 installation > directory as <lservrc_old>.
5. Rename new downloaded license file <lservrc_999999> to <lservrc>.
6. Run StatXact 5 and it should not display any license error message.

Network Version

Instructions
File: lservrc_network.zip

NOTE : The following instructions are to be followed to update license on SERVER where StatXact 5 is installed.

Server Instructions
1. Download the <lservrc_network.zip> file to your computer. ( e.g. c:\temp )
2. Unzip the file <lservrc_network.zip>. There is one file <lservrc_nw_99999> is available in it.
3. Extract the <lservrc_nw_99999> file into your <StatXact 5 Installation > directory on server. ( e.g. in c:\program files\statxact5 )
4. Rename the existing file name <lservrc> in <StatXact 5 installation > directory as <lservrc_old>.
5. Rename new downloaded license file <lservrc_nw_99999> to <lservrc>.
6. Run the wlmadmin.exe program from the StatXact 5 directory.

7. The wlmadmin program will display existing StatXact 5 license server name under "Defined Servers" or "Subnet Servers" list.

8. Expand the license server name to see feature list. The StatXact 5 license is shown as "01" feature.

9. Right click on the "01" feature name and choose "Remove feature" menu item to remove current StatXact-5 license (feature 01) from the license manager.

10. Right click on selected license server name and choose "Add Feature>From a file>To server and its file" menu item

11. Select the new 'lservrc' file from the StatXact 5 directory in the Add Feature File Open dialog box to add new StatXact-5 license in license server.

12. Close the wlmadmin.exe program and run StatXact 5 to verify the license activation.
