Example 4

Dose Response Analysis

Combined Fetal Weight/Malformation Model for Developmental Toxicity

ToxTools supports multivariate outcomes analysis. The previous examples were for binary and continuous data. Suppose your analysis must incorporate both binary and continuous outcome data - for example, fetal malformation and fetal weight among live animals in the developmental toxicity context.
No problem - with ToxTools you can specify and fit the appropriate multivariate model.

The same developmental toxicity data mentioned in the previous models are used for this example. Fetal weight and malformation are modeled using a joint multivariate probit model. Specifications for outcome and predictors may be chosen in the model dialog, with corresponding fitted plots that are easy
to obtain ( Fitted plot for weight model & Fitted plot for malformation ). Note again the option in the fitted plot to view the data "clusterwise".
