Webinar attendees will learn:
How to properly power a time-to-event survival trial by
- specifying accrual duration and rate (sample size) & obtain study duration
- specifying accrual and study duration and obtain sample size
- analyzing the relationship between power, number of events, sample size, accrual duration, and study duration
How to incorporate common trial complications such as
- variable accrual, variable hazard rates, variable drop-outs
- fixed follow-up
- departures from the proportional hazards assumption

- non-constant hazard rates
- variable and fixed subject follow-up
- lagged treatment effects and other non-proportional hazards scenarios
