Patch for StatXact/LogXact 6 with Cytel Studio version 6
You should apply this patch only if you have the following versions:
a) Cytel Studio version 6.2.0
b) StatXact version 6.2.0
c) LogXact version 6.0.0

To find out what version of StatXact/LogXact you are using, please run Cytel Studio and click on "Help->About Cytel Studio".
If you have earlier versions of the above products and would like to upgrade to these versions, please contact sales either via email sales@cytel.com or call 617-661-2011.

After you apply the patch, the version numbers will change to:
a) Cytel Studio version 6.3.0
b) StatXact version 6.3.0
c) LogXact version 6.1.0

Bug Fixes in Cytel Studio
1. Basic Statistics: ANOVA
This procedure used to work correctly only when the data were in sorted order of the factor variables. After this patch, the procedure will give correct results even if the data are not in any sorted order.
2. Printing
Printing of the contents of output sheet using the menu item ‘File -> Print’ is enabled now.
3. Case Data Editor: Missing Value Specification
a) Missing value specification in case data editor was not working properly. It is fixed now.
b) In certain situations, closing a case data sheet using the ‘close’ button “X” and then clicking on the case data node in the navigator used to cause program crash. This bug is fixed now.

Bug Fixes in LogXact
Regression: Continuous Response: MLR
a) The results for confidence interval were only for 95% confidence level. Now results can be obtained for any confidence level as specified in “Options->General” dialog box.
b) The decimal portion of the Response variable values were truncated, leading to incorrect results. This bug is fixed now.

Installation Instructions:
To install the patch, follow these steps:

1. Download the "CSPatch.exe" file to any temporary folder in your computer.
2. Close Cytel Studio if it is running, before applying the patch.
3. Double click on "CSPatch.exe" and follow the instruction which appear on the screen. This is a self-extracting installation file. It will locate the folders where StatXact and/or LogXact is installed in your computer, and copy the extracted files in those folders overwriting the existing files.
4. After the patch is applied, run Cytel Studio and click on "Help->About Cytel Studio" to check if the version numbers have changed to 6.3.
5. If you meet with any difficulty in applying the patch, please Contact Support either via email at support@cytel.com, or call 617-661-2011 and ask for Support.

For Networks:
The patch needs to be installed only in the client computers. Nothing needs to be done in the server.
