Patch 2 for StatXact 4 (version 4.0.1)
Patches for the following procedures have been introduced in StatXact 4.0.1:

| 1. Statistics - Two Binomials - CI on Difference of Proportions
Reason for the patch: The estimation of CI limits was slightly inaccurate and this has been fixed.
For example, the CI for the difference between 4/238 and 13/390
before this patch was : (-0.02019, 0.06549)
and now after the patch will be: (-0.02019, 0.05153)

| 2. Statistics - Stratified Poisson Rates - CI on Common Relative Risk
Reason for the patch: When the data consist of only a single stratum and in that, the number of events (in exposed or unexposed group) is zero, the results were erroneous and now this problem has been fixed with this patch. |

Installation instructions
To install the patch, follow these steps:
- Download the StatXact401Patch2.exe file. The file is a self-extracting installation file which replaces two .DLL files in your StatXact directory.
- Save the file in a temporary directory. After the download is complete, go into that directory and run StatXact401Patch2.exe by double-clicking it.
- The following dialog box appears.
Click on the " Y es" button.
- The "InstallShield Wizard" appears on the screen.
Select the folder in which you have installed StatXact 4.0.1. Click on the " N ext >" button.
- The following dialog box appears.
Click on the " Y es to All" button.

The following window appears.

Click on the " F inish" button.
